The Clayton Project

A classmate of mine (from my days in Nashville) recently celebrated his 10 year wedding anniversary.  He asked me to do a series of illustrations as part of a surprise that he put together for his wife.  The celebration took place earlier this month, so I can share a few of them with you if you want to see them.  Do you want to see them..?  No?  Well, it's too late now because they're right here and it's not like you've got anything else to do.  Where else are you going to go for your Monday morning Creek Fix?

Here's the one where they're getting married:

...the wife is pregnant...

...they have one kid...

...and they end up having several kids...

...here they are at breakfast:

There were several drawings of just the two of them out doing couply things, like this one where they go out for a tandem bike ride:

Here they are at the vow renewal ceremony:

They were used as illustrations in a book that tells their story.  From what I hear, she very much liked them.  And she cried, which can (apparently) sometimes be a good thing.

I'm not saying that Creekmore illustrations are the bedrock for a successful marriage, but Creekmore illustrations are the bedrock for a successful marriage.

Cheers.
