Creeking More In The ATL (with your host Nate Creekmore)!!! Episode #8

I'm not from Atlanta, but I live here, and (because I live here) people who don't live here ask me, "Creek, what's Atlanta really like?"  I don't know what Atlanta is really like, but if you'd like to know what it's like for me, I invite you to sit back and enjoy another episode of "CREEKING MORE IN THE ATL (with your host Nate Creekmore)"!!!

[don't breathe the yellow snow]

In the city of Atlanta, we suffer annually under a plague of pollen.

It comes out of nowhere, floating, gusting, filling up every available nook and/or cranny and blanketing the city in a sickly, jaundiced shade of powdered yellow.

Everyone walks around with bleary red eyes and crusty, gooey noses.

And people who didn't even know they had allergies suddenly find out that they do.

Biblically, whenever there was a plague, it was because God was upset about something or other.

But, in Atlanta, maybe it's a blessing...

...think about it.  Atlanta is a diverse city filled with everyone from the obscenely rich to the impossibly poor, from the molasses black to the sheet-of-paper white, but when everyone is covered in pollen, we all look exactly the same...

...personally, I'm praying for rain.

......There you have it foks, another exciting episode of "Creeking More In The ATL (with your host Nate Creekmore)"!  Be sure and come back for the next installment wherein I just sneeze and sneeze until finally passing out from exhaustion.
